Project Administrator
A Project Administrator is required for a large and exciting construction project in Berlin, Germany.
Ideally be local to Berlin area as this will be based at the construction site offices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure all team members are aware of administration processes, to ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Ensure Project Director/Project Manager has all documentation required for forth coming meetings.
- Responsible for co-ordinating all project documentation; records must be maintained, kept up-to-date and archived correctly.
- Responsible for individual employee files/queries.
- Greeting visitors and registering them on arrival, booking inductions.
- Booking flights and accommodation.
- Document control.
- Ensure that all corporate documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the documents submission due date.
- Manage mail and packages, ensure prompt distribution across the departments.
- Be familiar with purchasing systems for raising Purchase Orders, registering invoices and goods receipting
- Maintain various staff records such as training, issue of PPE and booking training courses as required for staff to meet needs of site training database
- Proactively manage meeting room allocation, manage cleaning services and arrange lunches.
Requirements
- Must Speak English & German
- Preferably you will have experience on construction projects / on-site offices or similar environment
- Experience as a Project Administrator
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a pro-active, positive approach
