BIM Manager

Our client are currently looking for a BIM Engineer to work on a pharmaceutical project in Finland. 
 
Client
Our client is a leading engineering contracting company providing mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, fire protection & maintenance solutions to their clients worldwide.
 
Experience

• Produce detailed 3D BIM models in line with specific project requirements, that offer the best solutions to meet client expectations
• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes
• Create discipline specific BIM Modelling content
• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform
• Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilisation of BIM software and tools
• Coordinate and clash test on MEP services (Navisworks)
• Setup of additional Revit families and templates
• Model supports for M&E services
• Ability to Produce Electrical containment models
• Proven experience at Revit (MEP installations) and Navisworks – 2 years minimum

 
Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or Trade Qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline

Conditions

• Negotiable depending on experience 
• 02.08.2021 start date
• Duration expected to be 64 weeks
• 50-55hrs per week
