Job Description
Our client are looking to hire a local Administrator for their own office in Dublin.
You must be within commutable distance to Dublin & have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
This will be for a period of 3-6 months.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for co-ordinating project documentation; records must be maintained, kept up-to-date and archived correctly
- Responsible for employee files/queries
- Document control
- Manage mail and packages
- Be familiar with purchasing systems for raising Purchase Orders, registering invoices and goods receipting
- Maintain various staff records
Requirements
- Must be local
- Must have administration experience
- Must have a pro-active, positive approach
- Must have excellent communication skills
Conditions
- €30-35K EUR pro rata depending on experience
