Construction Manager

A Construction Manager is needed for a huge data centre project in Middenmeer, Holland.
 
Preferably you will have experience on data centre projects.

Requirements

• To control, manage and coordinate the construction phase of the project to ensure these are delivered to agreed budget, time and required safety and quality standards. 
• Provide link between the construction process and the project manager. 

 
Duties / Responsibilities

• Overseeing technical support from the project manager
• Issuing and architect and interior designer approval of sub contractor technical submissions
• Formulating and distributing of the project emergency action plan
• Managing the progress of the installation of baggage, structural and MEP services
• Controlling the construction process, the onsite management of contractors and their progress
• Overseeing the site housekeeping and maintaining the company corporate image and site signage
• Arranging and chairing design meetings and workshops including the management of samples, mock-ups and others as detailed in the quality plan
